NFT Purchase Terms

Last updated: [DATE]

1. What you are buying

You are buying a specific token (contract address and token ID shown on the object page) on its native blockchain. The token is transferred from Grazi’s listing to your wallet on-chain.

Owning an NFT does not transfer copyright, trademarks or other IP in the artwork. Any rights come only from the creator’s own license, which passes through as published by the creator. [COUNSEL: per-collection license review].

2. Price and payment

Prices are set by Grazi and shown in USD. Listings may be denominated in the chain’s currency; the final amount, network fees and any marketplace or creator fees are shown before you sign.

Card and Apple Pay purchases fund your own wallet through a third-party provider (e.g., Stripe via Privy) before the on-chain purchase. That provider’s terms and identity checks apply.

3. Delivery and finality

Delivery happens on-chain in the same transaction as payment. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; all NFT sales are final once settled. [COUNSEL: failed-transaction and leftover-balance handling].

4. Not an investment

Collectibles are sold for personal enjoyment. We make no representation that any item will hold or increase in value. Values can fall to zero.

5. Third-party dependencies

Metadata and media may be hosted by creators or third parties (e.g., IPFS gateways). We do not guarantee their continued availability.

6. Taxes and compliance

[COUNSEL/CPA: sales-tax treatment of digital goods; sanctions screening; restricted jurisdictions].
