Before we start

What helps any project start quickly. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything — we’ll help fill the gaps.

On every engagement, whatever the service.

A written proposal with scope, timeline outline and a quote
Simple terms: 50% at kickoff, 50% at launch for projects, net 30; monthly billing for ongoing work
Regular check-ins and a plain-language report
Ownership of the work once it’s paid in full
Accounts set up in your name, so you keep access

A quick way to see whether you can trust your numbers before changing an ad budget.

A test order shows view item, add to cart, checkout and purchase, each once
Order value and currency in analytics match the Shopify order
Meta’s Conversions API is on, with no duplicate-event warnings
Each ad platform counts purchases from one source only
Every ad, email and social link uses consistent UTM tags
Once a month, compare Shopify, analytics and ad platform sales for the same dates
