   A two-minute form, or a short online call: the task, the tools you use, and what a good result looks like. Not sure where to start? Begin with the $495 SI Readiness Check.

   We build it in your accounts.

   You get a fixed price and an acceptance checklist in writing first. We build, test the AI on your real examples, and you approve before anything goes live.

3. 03

   We launch, watch and tune.

   Every project includes a 30-day tune-up. After that, run it yourself (it’s yours) or add SI Care.

Using something else? Most tools with an API or a Zapier or Make connector can be connected. We confirm it before you pay.

Privacy & security

Your data stays yours

1. 01

   Your accounts, your keys.

   Everything runs in accounts you own and pay for directly: AI models, automation tools, chatbot and voice platforms. We never resell or mark up AI usage.

2. 02

   Not used to train AI models.

   We build on business and API plans, such as OpenAI’s API and Anthropic’s commercial terms, which don’t use your data to train their models by default. Where a provider offers zero data retention and you qualify, we can request it.

3. 03

   Least-privilege access you control.

   We ask only for the access a build needs, through each tool’s own invite or permission settings, and you can remove it any time. We never ask for passwords by email.

4. 04

   Human review where it matters.

   Anything that sends, posts, refunds or changes a record is checked by a person until you decide otherwise in writing. Customer-facing AI always offers a way to reach your team.

5. 05

   Clear rules for sensitive data.

   We agree in writing what the AI may and may not see. We don’t build anything that handles patient health information, and agents are set to refuse card numbers, passwords and recovery phrases.

6. 06

   Disclosure and consent.

   Chatbots and voice agents say they’re AI. Recorded calls say so at the start. Outbound AI calls and texts go only to people who agreed to receive them.

7. 07

   You own it.

   Prompts, workflows, knowledge files and documentation are yours once the work is paid in full, and everything can be exported.
