Mark Graziano has more than 10 years in AI and programmatic advertising and more than 5 years building AI agents. Everything is remote. We don’t build AI to give investment, legal or medical advice, and we don’t do HIPAA work.

Questions, answered
- What does “SI” mean?
- SI stands for Super Intelligence, the name of Grazi Media’s AI services. It’s a brand, not a claim: the AI agents, chatbots and automations we build use today’s AI models, such as OpenAI, Claude and Gemini, with your content, your rules and human review.
- Is my data used to train AI?
- We build on business and API plans, such as OpenAI’s API and Anthropic’s commercial terms, which don’t use your data to train their models by default. We agree in writing what the AI may see, and we can request zero data retention where a provider offers it and you qualify.
- Do you guarantee results?
- No. We guarantee the process instead: a fixed scope and price in writing, an acceptance checklist the build must pass before the final payment, and a tune-up period after launch. Results depend on your volume, data and offer, and we report them from your platforms’ own data.
