SI / Super Intelligence is Grazi Media’s name for its AI services. We build AI agents, website chatbots and AI voice receptionists in your own accounts, test them on your real work and support them monthly.
Grazi Media is a digital marketing studio founded in 2015 and based in East Dundee, Illinois, in the Chicago area. We work remotely and online, with no storefront, for clients in the Fox Valley, across Chicagoland and throughout the US.
Mark Graziano has more than 5 years of AI agent development and coding. SI is a brand name, not a claim: agents use today’s AI models, such as OpenAI, Claude and Gemini, with your content, your rules and human review. AI, platform and usage costs are paid by you, directly to the providers.

- What does “SI” mean?
- SI stands for Super Intelligence, the name of Grazi Media’s AI services. It’s a brand, not a claim: the AI agents, chatbots and automations we build use today’s AI models, such as OpenAI, Claude and Gemini, with your content, your rules and human review.
- Can customers still reach a real person?
- Yes. Every customer-facing AI agent says it’s AI and offers a way to reach your team: a transfer, a callback request or an email handoff.
- Who owns it if we stop working together?
- You do. It runs in your accounts, and the prompts, workflows, knowledge files and documentation are yours once paid in full. SI Care is month to month, and you can keep running everything without us.
