Automations are built in your own accounts. Automation-tool and AI usage fees are billed by those providers directly to you, with no markup from us.

- Our fee is on this page. AI models, automation tools, chatbot and voice platforms are billed by those providers directly to your accounts, at their prices, with no markup from us. You get a written estimate of running costs before you sign, and you can see the real numbers in your own dashboards.
- Who owns it if we stop working together?
- You do. It runs in your accounts, and the prompts, workflows, knowledge files and documentation are yours once paid in full. SI Care is month to month, and you can keep running everything without us.
