SI Website Assistant is an AI chatbot for your website that answers questions from your own content and captures leads, day and night.
Grazi Media is a digital marketing studio founded in 2015 and based in the Chicagoland area. We work remotely and online, with no storefront, for businesses in Chicago and its suburbs, across Illinois and throughout the US.
It answers only from content you approve, shows a clear AI disclosure, sends leads to your email, CRM or a spreadsheet, and offers a “talk to a person” handoff. The chatbot platform subscription is in your name and paid by you.

- SI Website Assistant: From $750. SI Front Desk: From $1,950 setup + $450/mo. SI Agents: From $5,000. These are “From” prices for Grazi Media’s own fee; your final price is fixed in a written proposal before work begins. AI, platform and usage fees are paid by you, directly to the providers.
- What does the chatbot answer from?
- Your FAQs, services or menu, hours and policies. Guardrails keep it to content you approve, and visitors can ask for a person at any time.
- How long does it take?
- 5 business days for Starter, or about 2 weeks for Pro, plus a 30-day tune-up after install.
- Can it work on Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp?
- Yes, on the Pro tier, which adds qualification questions, booking links and a second channel such as Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp.
- What do you need from us?
- Your FAQs, policies and service details; website admin access, or someone who can paste one line of code; and the chatbot platform subscription, in your name.
- Is my data used to train AI?
- We build on business and API plans, such as OpenAI’s API and Anthropic’s commercial terms, which don’t use your data to train their models by default. We agree in writing what the AI may see, and we can request zero data retention where a provider offers it and you qualify.
