No. We don’t set up AI receptionists for medical practices that handle patient health information. Outbound reminder calls or texts go only to people who agreed to receive them.

Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. You forward your existing number to the AI receptionist, for all calls or only after hours and overflow, and you can switch it off at any time.
